OFFER
The first meeting
is an introduction to experience whether there is a 'click'. This can be done by telephone, online or physically and no costs will be charged for this. This appointment takes approximately 30 minutes.
If there is a click, an intake interview will be scheduled. It is possible to do the intake at the same moment. The regular rate is charged for this.
Follow-up meetings
After an average of five to eight sessions you will be able to recognize your thoughts and feelings, you will have developed skills to deal with discomforts (difficult feelings, thoughts, difficult situations) that you encounter in your life and you will be able take effective actions, guided by your values.
Rates Private
Session of 60 minutes: € 90
A special rate applies to students.
You pay per session. Also in case the health insurer will reimburse the invoice (partly). You will receive an invoice for this, with a payment term of two weeks.
If the rate causes problems for you and you still want an appointment, please feel free to contact me. We can then look together at a value-oriented amount.

Canceling an appointment
If you are unexpectedly unable to attend: please let me know no later than 24 hours before the appointment. With less than 24 hours I will invoice you half of the rate.
Reimbursement employer/CAO
More and more employers reserve a (training/development) budget that pays attention to the personal development of the employee. Ask your manager or the HR department whether your employer contributes to your further development or coaching.
Compensation
Some health insurers reimburse individual psychosocial care from the (supplementary) health insurance. It often falls under the heading 'Complementary care'. The amount differs per insurer. You then submit the bill to your health insurance yourself. You can check whether this applies to you with your health insurance. This falls under the heading: Psycho social therapy (performance code 24504). Please mention this code as well as the following AGB codes when contacting your insurer:

Location Appointments
take place in my own practice in Maastricht, online via Zoom or Teams or walking in the beautiful Limburg hills. I come on location on request. I will then charge for any travel costs.
Training in groups
will take place at a location to be communicated. Groups I work with groups of 5 to a maximum of 8 people. Request a tailor-made offer for this.
Teams
An offer can be requested for guiding a team on its way to more team power.
Workshops
I offer ACT workshops for small groups or workshops personal leadership. An offer can be requested for this.
